I began practicing yoga in 2001 and fell in love with the way it made me feel both physically and emotionally. I wanted to explore further and so practiced as often as possible and read as many books as I could. When I was ready to take my yoga studies to the next level, my teacher introduced me to The Inner Healing School of Yoga, where I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2008.


Since then I have continued to increase my knowledge, participating in trainings with many teachers, including therapeutic yoga trainings with Susi Hately at Functional Synergy and Sadie Nardini, Founder of Core Strength Vinyasa Flow yoga.


I feel that yoga has transformed my life and I want to be able to guide others to that same experience of health and wellbeing through regular yoga practice.
